SKYRISE MEETING AND CONFERENCE CENTER
The Tower’s Meeting and Conference Center will be located some 820 feet above sea level. The 9,500 square foot conference center, plus an additional 4,000 square feet of circulation space, will contain private meeting rooms for corporate functions, small events, private parties, seminars and conferences. The space is being designed to be flexible, allowing it to be reconfigured to accommodate board meetings, auditorium style presentations, briefings and conferences of various size requirements. Meetings and events at the conference center will be catered by the Tower banquet and hospitality facilities and personnel.
TOP OF THE PODIUM
Rather than directly entering the Tower, visitors may choose to ascend the grand staircase or to use the convenient escalators to ascend to the Top of the Podium, which is approximately 82 feet above ground. The open-air terrace, will house a casual café with chic food and drink service, while patrons view the Miamarina and Bayside Marketplace to the west and the boats traveling through the intercoastal waterway to the east, they will also watch as the brave souls enjoying the Sky Plunge, land in their midst. The podium terrace will also serve as a premier event space, ideal for performances, large private and corporate cocktail receptions, pre-function receptions for weddings (complete with the perfect setting for a wedding ceremony with breathtaking views) as well as other large-scale galas and celebrations.
SkyRise Miami is at the heart of Downtown Miami’s Bayfront Entertainment Center. Standing on the water’s edge within Bayside Marketplace, a shopping and dining destination for over 23 million annual visitors, SkyRise Miami is walking distance from a variety of other entertainment venues including: the American Airlines Arena, home to the world champion Miami Heat; Museum Park, with its two brand new venues, the Science Museum and the Miami Art Museum, Adrienne Arsht Performing Arts Cente; and Bayfront Park.
Also within walking distance is Miami-Dade College and the new All Abroad Florida station which will provide state-of-the-art train service between Miami and Orlando, Florida. Also scheduled to open within the next few years and within a short walk of SkyRise Miami is the New Miami World Center.
