Metropolis Condos at Dadeland secures more financing South Florida Business Journal – October 15, 2004

Terra Adi International Developers secured $40.255 million in loans for the second phase of its Metropolis at Dadeland project. Coral Gables-based Elfmont Associates secured both construction and mezzanine financing for the condominium project from Anaheim, Calif.-based Fremont Investment & Loan. Greenberg Traurig attorney Pedro Martin leads Terra Adi International. Metropolis at Dadeland consists of two 26-story interconnected residential towers with a total of 397 units and 25,000 commercial square feet on two acres directly opposite the Dadeland Marriott and Dadeland Mall
