I dreamed of this project to be the greatest of my developments yet. I have a vision to create a new paradigm for living on the beach and to offer a new level of experience to the residents of Faena Mar Miami. I sought the expertise of Brandon Haw, one of the most talented architects in the world and he immediately joined me in this journey. Brandon Haw has successfully worked on the Aleph building in Buenos Aires and, more recently, on the spectacular Faena House in Miami. Brandon is someone I respect enormously and as his work on Faena House shows, he and I have the same value on inside/outdoor living. We both believe in creating residences with sweeping views and grand terraces. The spectacular Ocean views of the Atlantic Ocean will fill your heart with joy and the lungs with purifying air. It’s a vision for Faena Mar Miami that I have had in mind for years, and one that I am proud to share with you.
