The Espirito Santo Plaza was designed by the well known architectural firm, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. Its architectural style is iconic and is loosely based on the Saint Louis Arch. A 12-story parking garage is attached to the tower along with a walking bridge leading to the 2nd floor.
