1100 Millecento Condo Description

1100 Millecento by Pininfarina is a new project of luxury apartments in Miami, set to take place in the exclusive neighborhood of Brickell, Miami. The skyscraper has been designed by Pininfarina, a noted Italian automotive design company. The project involves the design of the interior of the luxury building, the apartments and it’s facitities. The furnishing follows Italian taste with a twist of extremely modern urban style, using carefully selected high quality materials, wood and leather. The exterior of the building has been designed by the renowned architect Carlos Ott, who has already completed various projects in Miami. The 42 story skyscraper will be composed of 382 apartments of an extremely high standard, varying from one bedroom to two bedroom properties. The building is situated in one of the most exclusive areas in Miami, at 1100 South Miami avenue. Amongst the many advantages of living in one of these luxury apartments, is the proximity by foot to Mary Brickell Shopping Centre and the soon to be Brickell CitiCentre. The 1100 Millecento offers luxury services to the lucky residents, such as the Cielo room on the 43rd floor, a rooftop lounge, next to the infinity pool, of which the view encompasses the entire city as far as the ocean.
